Celkon Campus A125 Android Phone Launched with 4.5-inch Display for Rs. 6299 – Specs, Details

 

Celkon has just launched a 4.5-inch Android phone in it’s Campus series, the Celkon Campus A125 which is priced at Rs. 6299 and having some basic specifications. Having a screen resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, the Campus A125 comes with a Dual-core processor clocking at 1.3 GHz and there is 512MB RAM for the multitasking support.

The Celkon Campus A125 runs the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and Celkon doesn’t include any modified RAM into it. Camera wise, the smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel rear shooter and along with that, a front facing 1.3-megapixel camera helps in self captures. The rear camera is capable of capturing videos and it has got the LED flash support.

This is a Dual-SIM smartphone with the 3G connectivity and it supports the HSDPA connectivity. The internal storage of the Celkon Campus A125 is 4GB, but there is a MicroSD card slot for the storage expansion, possible to a maximum of 32GB. Apart from the 3G data network connectivity, the other options available for connectivity include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, MicroUSB v2.0. The battery included has a capacity of 2000 mAh. The color options available with this are the Black and White colors, and the pricing set for the smartphone is Rs. 6299.

The other features of the Campus A125 include – SNS applications MP3/WAV/eAAC player, MP4/H.264/H.263 player, Document viewer, Photo editor, Organizer, Voice memo/dial and Predictive text input.
A similar smartphone in the similar range, is the Celkon AR45 smartphone which too has a 4.5-inch display, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 5MP rear camera and the 3G connectivity, and it is priced at Rs. 6799. The other alternative device is the Celkon A66 which is priced at Rs. 5299 and it has similar specs, except for the camera and the processor.
