Samsung is unveiling its latest flagship model, the Samsung Galaxy S5 in India on March 27^th and will start the sale from April 11^th as it was noted earlier, in 150 countries that include India. In the even the company might announce the pricing of this device.

The latest flagship was launched at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 held in Barcelona last month and is expected to come at a lesser price than its predecessor Galaxy S4. If you have forgot, Samsung Galaxy S5 has a slightly larger 5.1 inch Super AMOLED (1080 X 1920p) display than its predecessor Galaxy S4 and is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM, the Galaxy S5 will be coming in 16 GB and 32 GB internal storage variants, that can be expandable up to 64 GB via micro SD card.

The Galaxy S5 sports a 16 megapixel rear camera and a 2.1 megapixel front facing camera that has the ability to capture 4K video. Samsung claimed the Galaxy S5 offers the world’s fastest auto-focus speed up to 0.3 seconds, isn’t that interesting? The phone is dust and water-resistant (IP67 certified), and  offers many features, including a pedometer, diet and exercise records, and a new, built-in heart rate monitor.

The latest flagship from the South Korean Smart phone maker is the Samsung Galaxy S5, the company announced that the device will be available from April 11th and it was unveiled at the MWC 2014 in its unpack 5 event. This Samsung Galaxy S5 is available for Rs. 45,000 in India as a online retailer Saholic that promised that the device will be delivered on March 8th or else there will be a price deduction of Rs. 50 every day!

The device is priced at Rs. 45,500 which is understandable, considering its specifications and it is also the latest flagship from the company. The predecessor of the Samsung Galaxy S5 is priced around Rs. 29,000 and even this Samsung Galaxy S4 was priced over Rs. 40,000 when it was launched. More over the online retailer has also placed a specifications sheet of the Galaxy S5.

According to them, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be featuring a 5.1 inch full HD display and will be powered by a 2.5 GHz quad core processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM. There is a 16 MP rear camera that is capable of taking 4K video and has a 2 MP front camera for video calling. The device will be running on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat Operating system and has 16 GB and 32 GB variants that can be further extended with micro SD card. The battery on it is at 2800 mAh to power the device. The Galaxy S5 is IP67 certified and sports a finger print sensor and heart rate sensor.
