Update: Vivo has launched the X5Pro officially in China. As we earlier reported, it is the same device that we found on TENAA. There is no glowing LED Vivo logo below the screen as rumours suggested.
X5Pro sports a 5.2-inch FullHD (1920×1080) Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved Gorilla glass on top and had a pixel density of 424ppi. The Super AMOLED display can give you better viewing experience under direct sunlight and consumes less energy that in terms gives better battery life. The design of the X5Pro pretty much looks like phone 6. It has a metal frame around the device and speaker placed in the bottom on the both side microUSB port.
The smartphone is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core SoC clocked at 1.7GHz along with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of internal storage and can be expanded up to 128GB with the microSD card slot. X5Pro comes with 2,300mAh battery and has a dual-SIM option with 4G LTE support.
For the better audio quality, Vivo equipped the X5Pro with Cirrus Logic CS4398 and Amplifier Maxim MAX97220 chips which we already seen on ‘Vivo Xshot’. The rear camera on the device is of 32MP with f/2.0 aperture with LED flash that can record 4K videos at 30fps. There is an 8MP front-facing camera and comes with image interpolation technology and can shoot images up to 32MP resolution. The company featured the eye-recognition technology in X5Pro for strengthening the security of the device. Connectivity of the device includes Wi-Fi, 4G, GPS/GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB.
It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop based Vivo’s Funtouch OS 2.1. The dimensions of the device include 147.90 x 73.45 x 6.44 (mm). There is no information about the availability of the device and is expected to be priced at $440.

Today few images showing a glowing LED of Vivo logo below the screen surfaced on internet. There were some rumors about a fingerprint sensor on the device and this particular logo could incorporate that sensor. Coming to other features, it includes a 32MP front facing camera and USB Type-C port as confirmed in the teasers released by the company.
The Vivo X5Pro is expected to come with a 6-inch 1080p Full HD display, a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, Android 5.0 with FunTouch 2.1 UI on top and a 3500mAh battery on board.
