SAMSUNG TO FIX GALAXY S5 LOLLIPOP ISSUES THROUGH MICRO UPDATES
Samsung released the Lollipop update for Galaxy S5 way back in January. Since then, many of the Galaxy S5 users have updated to Lollipop. While there are huge improvements in design and performance, the users reported many bugs in the latest OS. Even the update was paused in several European countries.
Now, Samsung has announced that they will release the micro updates in coming days to resolve the issues caused by the OS update. The bugs in OS causes to drain the battery more quickly with the normal use, frequent crashing of apps and other instabilities. Though there is no information on the release of micro updates, Samsung says the updates have already begun to make their way to Galaxy S5 devices.
Lollipop based TouchWiz UI hasn’t changed much in functionality, the icons and default apps had undergone Material design. The notification bar and multi-tasking tool gives you the Stock Lollipop feel.
